Prepare Youth for Green Careers
The Just Transition and Green Job Mentorship Program is a 6-month initiative that pairs aspiring green professionals with seasoned industry experts. Through guidance and support, the program helps mentees pursue their career goals and drive impactful climate solutions. It aims to foster meaningful connections and equipping mentees with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in the growing green economy.
Throughout the 6-month program, participants will get access to various opportunities to achieve their eco-friendly career aspirations.

Target Audience

Post-secondary students pursuing associate degrees, higher diplomas, or bachelor’s degrees, who are interested in green jobs, and eager to explore their passions and career pathways.

Young professional with less than 3 years of working experience, exploring career pathways.

We encourage applications from individuals with diverse cultural, ethnic, socio-economic, and educational backgrounds to foster a truly inclusive program. We aim to have 60% of mentee from vulnerable groups and ensure 60% of women participants.
