Just Transition and Green Job Co-Mentorship Program 2026 - Energy and Adaptation is a 5-month initiative that pairs aspiring green youths with seasoned experts in the energy and adaptation industries. Through guidance and support, the program helps mentees pursue their career goals and drive impactful climate solutions. It aims to foster meaningful connections and equipping mentees with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in the growing green economy.
Throughout the 5-month program, participants will get access to various opportunities to achieve their green career aspirations.

Mentorship
Monthly meeting with your mentorship partners.

Target Audience
Post-secondary Students
pursuing associate degrees, higher diplomas, or bachelor’s degrees, who are interested in green jobs, and eager to explore their passions and career pathways
Young Professionals
with less than 3 years of working experience, exploring career pathways
Mid-career Transitioners
seeking to pivot into sustainability and contribute their expertise to the green economy
Inclusiveness and Diversity
We encourage applications from individuals with diverse cultural, ethnic, socio-economic, and educational backgrounds to foster a truly inclusive program. We aim to have 60% of mentee from vulnerable groups and ensure 60% of women participants.

Standard: $1000 HKD/ $130 USD

If you are from vulnerable groups and would like to get support to join the program, apply for our exclusive scholarship by submitting the application form by 23:59 HKT, 22 December, 2025 (Mon).
Partial Scholarship: $500 HKD/ $65 USD
Full Scholarship: Free of charge

We are recruiting mentors for Just Transition and Green Job Co-Mentorship Program 2026 - Energy and Adaptation! Please submit the form by 23:59 HKT 15 December, 2025 (Mon) .
Mentors Eligibility
・Eager to empower youth with your experience, knowledge and network in the green industry - energy and adaptation sectors
・Interested in learning about the green industry along with youth
・With working experience in the green industry in Asia-Pacific region for more than 5 years, open for non-traditional green job experience
・Be able to commit to the activities throughout 5 months mentorship program from Jan to May 2026
