Founded in 2022, Climate Incubator is a mission-driven company started by three passionate individuals who share a deep concern about the impact of climate change. The world is transitioning to a more sustainable economy and that will result in the creation of new green jobs in emerging sectors. Additionally, individuals working in current sectors will need to acquire the necessary green skills to benefit from business sustainability.
With the growing green job market, having more people join the force to conserve the environment in their career is essential. We believe every job has the potential to turn into a green job. People need to get the resources, network, and knowledge, as well as upskill themselves for a sustainable career.
At Climate Incubator, our missions are clear: Nurture climate leaders with training, mentorship and community support, and to foster green employment for transitioning to a sustainable economy.
