Program Overview

The Program is an intensive 6-week virtual upskilling program designed to equip early-career professionals with the strategic risk management and technical skills needed to drive the energy transition in high-impact industries. Through a blended learning model, participants will learn to identify and mitigate project risks, apply data-driven tools, and pitch derisked solutions to industry leaders.

Who should enroll?

• Career Starters (18–30 years old) with 0–2 years of work experience who want to break into APAC’s booming energy transition sector—no prior energy background required!

• Students & Recent Grads from business, engineering, policy, or other non-environmental fields who are curious about renewable energy jobs and need practical skills to stand out.

• Career Shifters from adjacent sectors (finance, tech, infrastructure) looking to pivot into cleantech with risk management as a competitive edge.

• Future Leaders who want to tackle APAC’s toughest energy challenges—from coal retirements to grid instability—through data, finance, and policy lenses.

Schedule & Program Materials

The program will start from 18 Nov 2025 to 22 Dec 2025. Please refer to the program schedule on the website for your reference. The program will be delivered in English. You will be able to access the program materials e.g. program notes, videos or recordings etc. within 6 months from the start of the program.

Program Completion & Certification

You must maintain a minimum of 70% attendance at all live online sessions to be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion. Any absences must be supported by a valid written reason submitted to the Program Operator for review.

Eligibility

The scholarship is ONLY eligible for individuals from vulnerable communities (Check HERE). Successful applicants will receive a full scholarship to cover the program fee.
